ZBSW-P12 is designed for knitting Plain Stockings & Pantyhose,produces 1×1, 3×1 fixed mesh and T crotch 1×1 where reinforced texture is added in the middle,including pairs of socks,ankle-length pants and body stocking.

 

1.4-waysYarn Feeder, each feederwith 5-6yarn fingers, 4-ways Pneumatic Actuator.

It meets requirements of all variety of socks;

2.The main fingeris designed as the split type, usage cost down and easily for maintenance;

3.The needle arc range and socks size are finished by cylinder’s motion which is controlled by high-precision stepper motor, or by the tilt range of the stitch cam which controlled by 4 stitch cam stepper motors;

4.With the highly sensitive spandex feeder；

5.Circular creel with a photoelectric sensor;

6.The stitch density is controlled by cylinder, stitch cam and sinker cam; 

7.For knitting secluded flora part, this model has more efficiency and function than ZBSW-P10;

8.The safety system, equipped with air compress controlling unit, auto lubrication alarm unit, and auto overloading stop unit, prevents the damage to the machine and keeps the worker safe.

9.The key parts, such as bearing, magnetic valve, synchronous belt, needle and spline, etc. use the world class supplier’s first-rate product, assembled by the experienced worker under the SOP strictly, so the machine is a low noise, stable and long life cycle one;
